Guild Wars: Eye of the North Discount
Question
I purchased the Guild Wars: Eye of the North Pre-Release Bonus Pack.
How do I receive the $5 discount when Eye of the North is released?
Answer
Please follow the appropriate instructions below:
If you purchased your Pre-Release Bonus Pack key from the Guild Wars
In-game Store:
Log into the same Guild Wars game account used to purchase the
Pre-Release Bonus Pack.
Access the Guild Wars In-Game Store.
Select Guild Wars: Eye of the North and place it in your cart.
Click the Checkout button when you are ready.
On the Checkout screen, you will see the items you have placed in
your cart, and a total for those items. The $5 discount will be
displayed in the total calculation.
If you do not see the $5 discount displayed on the Checkout screen,
you did not purchase the Pre-Release Bonus Pack from this Guild Wars
game account.
If you purchased your Pre-Release Bonus Pack key from the Guild Wars
Gold Store website:
Log into Guild Wars Gold Account Management.
Click the Guild Wars Gold Store link.
Select Guild Wars: Eye of the North and click the Buy Now button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the purchase. The $5
discount will be displayed on the purchase confirmation page.
If you do not see the $5 discount displayed on the purchase
confirmation page, you did not purchase the Pre-Release Bonus Pack
from this Guild Wars Gold master account.
If you are unsure of which Guild Wars Gold master account or Guild
Wars game account you purchased the Pre-Release Bonus Pack from,
please contact the Account Support Team using the Ask a Question
option. Please provide the following information so they may locate
the correct accounts:
Your Guild Wars game account e-mail address:
The original access key registered to your Guild Wars game account:
Your Guild Wars Gold master account name:
The date of birth on your Guild Wars Gold master account:
The last four digits of the credit/debit card used to purchase your
Pre-Release Bonus Pack key:
The billing zip/postal code for that credit/debit card:
If you have multiple Guild Wars and/or Guild Wars Gold master
accounts, please provide the above information for each of those
